This door originally appeared on Chicago Coin machines. After Chicago Coin was purchased by the Stern family, it appeared on Stern games until Stern Electronics went under in 1984.

Early games had no stickers on the door. Later games got a sticker in the inset portion, saying “Stern”, and eventually a “CREDIT BUTTON” label for the start button. Reproductions of both are available at Action Pinball. Insert windows are out there, but not in any great quantity.
There are two-slot and three-slot (SBA) versions of this door.
